This project involved the renovation of a commercial building into a 3-star hotel with 32 rooms, a banquet hall, and meeting facilities. The MEP design included a pneumatic water supply system, a heat pump-based hot water system, and a VRF air-conditioning system for energy-efficient climate control. Additionally, a complete electrical system with basic automation was implemented to optimize energy use and enhance operational efficiency, ensuring comfort and functionality for guests and staff.
