The project caters to a Montessori to 10th-grade school and includes a standard football field and indoor games facilities. It features an efficient plumbing system with zoned water distribution, low-flow sanitary fixtures, and a central RO plant providing safe drinking water through dedicated pipelines. Drinking water stations are placed on each floor for easy access by students. For fire safety, a compliant wet riser system is integrated, with landing valves, hose reel cabinets, a dedicated fire water tank, and electric and diesel backup pumps, ensuring continuous fire protection.
