This 4-star hotel project featured 60 guest rooms and comprehensive MEP services, including a fire hydrant system, centralized STP for wastewater treatment, and a heat pump-based hot water system. A VRF air-conditioning system was provided for energy-efficient climate control, along with complete electrical and allied systems to support seamless hotel operations. The design focused on guest comfort, sustainability, and compliance with hospitality standards.
