This resort project comprised private villas, a hotel block, main reception block, spa, swimming pools, and scenic beachside canals. Our scope included complete plumbing and fire fighting design, featuring a pneumatic water supply system for scattered villas, central STP for wastewater treatment, and a heat pump-based hot water system. Fire safety was ensured through a well-designed fire hydrant network, covering all key areas with dedicated storage and pump backup for uninterrupted protection. The design focused on sustainability, efficiency, and guest comfort.
